I’m a first-time Porsche owner (with extensive experience the other two big German brands) , and the Grapevine team, particularly Aaron and Mario co I’m a first-time Porsche owner (with extensive experience the other two big German brands) , and the Grapevine team, particularly Aaron and Mario could not have made the whole buying experience any more convenient, professional and just fun! For the first time ever, I thoroughly enjoyed the buying-process as much as driving off on a new set of wheels. Aaron proactively took care of every detail before I arrived for delivery, even navigating a complex and rate buyer situation After receiving pragmatic advice from Mario about what I had though was a minor detail (but was not), I changed my mind about how I wanted to complete the purchase. This caused both Aaron and Mario to stay well past their closing time to fix my error. Overall, an unbelievable experience. After today, I would never even think of buying anywhere else. Thanks guys! He knew I was pressed for time, and didn’t try to over sell or pressure me to purchase that day. Gideon wasn’t there the day I returned for a closer look, but referred me to his associate Aaron. I was treated with the same courtesy by Aaron. No pressure, no hurry to make a decision. The purchasing process was quick and easy. The only downside to this whole experience was not being able to negotiate a lower price. I’ve never paid MSRP for a car in my life! But, I’ve never driven a new Porsche off of the showroom floor before either, so there ya go. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend both of these salesmen and this dealership. More
