Excellent Buying Experience. I bought a used 2017 Macan Turbo from John Del Tatto. It's immaculate except the whitewashed oak steering wheel doesn't match the rest of the whitew I bought a used 2017 Macan Turbo from John Del Tatto. John worked with Director of Pre-Owned Eric Blumen and a new steering wheel was ordered. When I picked up the Macan, John spent close to an hour going over everything with me and setting everything to my liking. I love the Macan, couldn't be happier. More

I am having the worse experience getting my car fixed here. I gave my car about one month ago and no body knows so far what is status of my car. I was transferred to supervisor many times, I left massage with no return phone call from him. On two or three occasion I was able to locate the person dealing with my car and he told me he would call beck in two minutes but he never did. I am never going to go back to them and advise you not to do so too. More

He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. He was a pleasure to deal with. Even though we waited for several months for the delivery of our new car due to COVID supply shortages, he kept us informed throughout the waiting period. The entire delivery process was extremely smooth. Once we took delivery, John spent considerable time educating us on all of the functions. This was the best new car experience we have ever had!!! We highly recommend Porsche Gold Coast and John Del Tatto. And, by the way, we love the new Taycan Cross Turismo. It is amazing!! More

Finally the sales person contacted me also in text message and said they accepted my cash offer. Shortly after that I found that he lied to me and would not accept it. I reported this to the used car sales manager who did not believe me and thought I was the lie until I sent him the screen shot of the text messages from his sale person. After that I never hear from them again, no apology. More

Numerous emails and phone calls to Sharika Fuchs (Brand Ambassador) and Eric Breitman (Sales Manager) have remained unreturned and these employees have been unresponsive and unhelpful. The way this dealership conducts its business in unethical and they put the entire brand and it’s legacy in a shameful light. Take your business elsewhere as Porsche Gold Coast will steal your deposit and then try to avoid you at any means. More

I want to start to say , I have been their customer for about 10 years. With my greatest regrets that I’m going to write this review. I Went for an oil change, I checked the oil level and with my greatest disappointment I noticed that the oil level was Just by the minimum bar. That means they replaced at most 2 quarts of motor oil . After 3 phone calls, finally they told me to bring the car back and they would take care . Thank you for nothing ! NO following up email, NO formal apology for all my troubles ... JUST a mere I’m sorry! Ps: I’ve noticed a lot of changes at the service department , unfortunately for the dealership , very poor , unprofessional , cold and unpleasant replacement of the employees. From a businessman to another I suggest to resend them to the training school . More
