At the beginning of the conversation, he was pretty responsive, but I tried to start price negotiations, he became less responsive. It got to the point that I decided to call the dealership directly and ended up speaking with Chris. No lie, Chris has been the best sales rep I've ever had when it came to purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I'm from an area that is about 3 hours away from Fresno, so I wanted to make sure we had an understanding on price, and expectations before making the effort to go to Fresno. Chris set all the correct expectations with the price, the warranty and even arrived earlier than his scheduled shift to be there when I wanted to arrive. From the point of arrival to the point of departure, everything was incredible. Chris took the time to show me around the exotic collection, got a dog bowl for my puppy that came with us and even chatted about non-cars/sales related stuff as we waited for the finance team to be ready.
