problems at every service call The first time I took my 911 for service, they put a bad scratch on my hood. Yes, they then repaired and required a repaint situation. Next time, I The first time I took my 911 for service, they put a bad scratch on my hood. Yes, they then repaired and required a repaint situation. Next time, I needed a special seal for my trunk. That took weeks to get the right one in. I left no feed back trying to keep open minded. In the end there were many scratches left in the paint where they were working. Again promised to bring back for detail.... Next I had service and tires replaced and it took a couple of days ( I did not care, they are always generous with a loaner car). When I picked up my car, it had water spots really bad on the passenger side ( left outside by the sprinklers). Again promised to do a detail service. I come back to this shop because of loyalty and the customer service reps. I also know how important it is to keep consistant service records after all, I bought the car there. Not sure what I'll do next. More

For me, one factor that I consider when I am purchasing a car is the service that I receive at the dealership. I HATE when I spend a lot of money on a car and have to deal with bad customer service or rude people. I did not get that feeling one time at Porsche! I had the protective seal put on the car after I bought it and I was given another Porsche Panamera to drive while my car was being worked on. Everything was great! I could not be happier with my choice. More
