He and Ed helped cover some unforeseen issues with the car upon pickup. Most importantly, after the sale, even months after, Adolf helped me sort out a few other issues. With most other dealerships, after the sale is made, papers are signed, they don't offer much help - especially out-of-state! Adolf aways picks up the phone, our calls back promptly. The only wrinkle was a scheduling snafu when we had to wait to sign our final papers. Phil did manage to get a work around figured out, as well as providing a compensatory gift, which we much appreciated. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and cordial.
