What would you expect from your dealership if they had a significant accident with your pristine Porsche? This dealership did nothing! There accident with my vehicle cost me substantially out of pocket for significant accident with your pristine Porsche? This dealership did nothing! There accident with my vehicle cost me substantially out of pocket for a replacement of a hi end German vehicle, not from this dealership, as they made it clear to me that "accidents happen" and that it was not their responsibility to keep me financially whole! So much for valuing a 2x Porsche customer both bought from the same dealership! Don’t let the slick showroom run by its condescending GM, Roger Detanico, lull you into a false sense of customer relations post sales. As a 10 year, 2X Porsche owner from this dealership, the attached pics are what Town Motors Porsche did to my pristine Macan S when I dropped it off for its annual servicing. Their accident with my car compromised the vehicle’s integrity, with no financial contribution from the dealership towards a replacement vehicle. As an FYI, upon further research, this dealership has a D- rating from the New Jersey Better Business Bureau. Know who you are doing business with before you spend circa $100k on your next Porsche.
