I took my TT in for service. There were several warning lights on (EPC, ABS, etc) and the wiper fluid tank was leaking. I have an extended warranty. The warning lights were be caused by an old battery that lights on (EPC, ABS, etc) and the wiper fluid tank was leaking. I have an extended warranty. The warning lights were be caused by an old battery that needed to be replaced. I requested parts be returned (the only other Audi Dealer in Denver violates this request every time and often times doesn't do the work, but charges for it). The warranty wouldn't cover this so Amber told me I would pay 1/2 the total diagnosis and the cost of the battery. I confirmed all of this in email and told them to proceed with the battery with the understanding that I would only pay 1/2 the diagnostic cost if the warranty company covered the wiper fluid issue. They replaced the battery and the warranty company covered the wiper fluid issue. Despite this, both Amber and Scott insisted that I had to pay full diagnostics because there were no diagnostic costs on the wiper fluid issue. After discussing my written authorization for the battery, Scott said he would look into it and call me back. When he called back they honored what they told me and charged me 1/2 the diagnostics. Less than a week after picking the vehicle up the ABS light was on again. Scott did a great job taking care of me. He offered to come pick the vehicle up and give me a loaner vehicle. He also said I wouldn't pay diagnostics as I had already paid them to diagnose this. I dropped the vehicle off and left with a loner vehicle. That afternoon the vehicle was ready. A sensor was bad and the warranty company covered all charges. I recommend Prestige because they honored what they said and provided great service. I rate them a 4 for quality of work only because I had to return within a week to have the same problem taken care of, but they did fix it. More

I had a great leasing experience with Dave. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He remembered me when I was back for my 5000 mile check in. I have worked with Scott a couple of times for routine servic friendly and knowledgeable. He remembered me when I was back for my 5000 mile check in. I have worked with Scott a couple of times for routine services with my Q5 and he has been great as well. He outlines what they will be doing, any costs, length of time, and provides me with a loaner vehicle if necessary. He calls me when my vehicle is ready and reviews again what they have done. Everyone has been very courteous to me during my experience with Prestige. This is my 3rd Audi and Prestige exemplifies what Audi expects of their dealerships. More

My wife and I were looking for a recent model used GMC Yukon Denali in the Denver area and we came uponan internet ad for a 2009 for sale at Prestige Imports. We called the dealer and spoke with Don Wagn Yukon Denali in the Denver area and we came uponan internet ad for a 2009 for sale at Prestige Imports. We called the dealer and spoke with Don Wagner who was informative and friendly. We decided to see the car and meet Don in person. My first impression of Don was good - not your typical push salesperson. He showed us the car, answered our questions, took us for a test drive, and then sat down with us to negotiate. The Denali was price 5K under most in town, most likely because it wasn't an Audi and they wanted to sell it fast. Don help us negotiate a very fair price for our trade-in as well and in about 20 minutes we bought the car. Thanks to Don, the whole processs was fun, laid-back, unpressured - not your typical car buying experience which can be as fun as a dental visit! I told Don I was eventually going to replace my aging 4Runner, so on a whim, I test drove a Q5 before we left. I highly recommend it along with all the other Audis. They're great cars. Bottom line - Prestige made my car buying experience fun and painless. Ask for Don Wagner. He's the man. More
Paid $224 for Pre Purchase Inspection on 996 and all I received was a list of problems with no indication of cost to repair or recommendations on the purchase. I then emailed the General Manager, Don Adis, about my concerns about the Inspection and lack of response from Rebecca and received no response from Mr. Adis. Based on the lack of customer service and follow up, I would not recommend this dealer. More
I dealt with Mike Sorenson, the service manager. He does his best to try and blow steam up me. I was asking him about the new 997. He said that is a really great car. Going on and on about how he had a test car for a couple months. Then I asked how it would compare to the 996. He flat out said that it had nothing on it and wouldn't even touch a 996. The handling was poor.When this was going on we were standing in front of my 01 996. I would think that he wouldnt talk bad about the previous generation 911 from PORSCHE. I think that they should get someone else in there to manage the service dept. Rick Schneider and Billy Lindauer do a GREAT job. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.
