Great dealer to work with. Never any pressure. I did a lot of research, took months to make a decision. They were always pleasant, patient and helpful. I stopped in once just to ask a question about caliper bolt torque specs. Danielle (a service advisor) got a Tech and he gave me the data I needed. I've also brought my car in for Tech. Inspection prior to track events. They get the inspection done right in the time they say they will. And it's free if you've bought your car here. They even make buying parts fast and easy! Bottom line: this is the best dealer I've dealt with in 30 years of car buying! More

Porsche of Delaware has fulfilled all my wants and needs, and my feeling is that it starts with one person. Alex Witham runs a tight ship and everyone is accountable. These are volatile economic times and yet they have a stable workforce. For me I knew it was a longtime purchase that started with the sales staff and continued with service. Although Porsche vehicles are rated 1st for 3 years running by J.D. Power and assoc. in overall satisfaction, I knew my impression was going to be driven by the service staff. I have not been disappointed for one minute by any of these employees. I am envious and constantly tell them "you have the best jobs in the world"!!!!!! To look at and experience the aura of Porsches each day they come to work is incredible!!!!! I thought (erroneously) that I knew lots of facts about Porsche since I have wanted one for 35 years. From the first hour I talked to Alex Witham, I knew I was in kindergarten and he was in Grad School on the subject....... So I started with a 2007 used Turbo 997 and Alex was very good in not letting me be complacent. He landed me with a big hook and I now have a 2011 997 Turbo S which is mindblowing......It truly is an overload on the senses and leaves me in awe! Porsche has been a long term goal of mine, and Alex certainly facilitated me reaching nirvana-not once but twice! This dealership is the only Porsche outlet I will deal with due to Alex and his ability to understand the wants of his clients. More

This is the fourth 911 that I have purchased with Alex and Porsche of DE, and that is on purpose. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, the ultimate professional, honest and forthright. He is very in tune with his client's needs and wants. he is amazingly responsive and knows how to close deals and make everyone happy long term. You go there to look at a car, the next time you call back the salesperson is likely to be gone someplace else. I could not help feeling that I was at a cut-rate dealership, especially after visiting exclusive Porsche dealers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. Could not comment on their Service Dept, but after finding out that a simple oil change on a little six-cylinder Panamera would cost me $450, I quickly gave up on the whole 'exclusive' Porsche purchase and maintenance idea, anyhow. Sticking with Korean and American cars from this point forward. More
I would not recommend this Porsche dealership to anyone!!! i was lured to the dealership by an overzealous salesperson who deceived me with promises he could not deliver. I drove an hour from the Philadelphia area to visit this showroom and salesperson who assured me they would have the best price on a Porsche Cayenne. After spending 4 hours in their dealership, I received a quote. This dealership was the highest priced out of any Porsche dealerships in the tri-state area. I would have expected a much higher level of customer service when buying a luxury car in this economy. I would never return to this dealership again, nor recommend anyone else waste their time. More
Service person says he will call back for status but does not. Try to call their service dept several times to find out if my car is done and find out what has been done to it but the person responsible does not. No explantion on what was done, nobody qualified was there to answer my questions.<br><br> More
