During the negotiations for a car, via the internet, I specifically asked the availability of a car. After being assured it was available, obtaining financing, obtaining insurance, making an appt to purch specifically asked the availability of a car. After being assured it was available, obtaining financing, obtaining insurance, making an appt to purchase the car - they vehicle was sold out from under me. There was no apology. It seems this is a standard practice. After speaking with Mr. Houston, the GM he paraphrased, while customer service is important, selling cars is the "bottom line" it's "what we do". So, while that model might serve to make a quick sale, I don't know that it's the best model to take care of customers, and more important to foster repeat business. Thus I cannot recommend Park Place Porsche. I believe Mr. Schnitzer, and the team he has put together have a short sighted approach to customer service. Thus, unless you're dealing locally, steer clear of internet sales. I rate this dealership very poor in this regard. More
