New Porsche Macan I had been searching for a Porsche Macan GTS and happened to contact Byers Imports on a whim. I was literally on my way to a dealership in New Jersey I had been searching for a Porsche Macan GTS and happened to contact Byers Imports on a whim. I was literally on my way to a dealership in New Jersey after locating a vehicle there and going back and forth on the phone. I called Byers after checking the website one last time to inquire about a CPO that was listed. I spoke with Adam Powers who was eager to help. I found out someone had placed a hold on this vehicle. I was ready to say my thanks and hang up, when Adam mentioned that they had a new Macan GTS with all the features I was looking for (except color) that they would be able to price competitively. I was skeptical, but agreed to come into the dealership and check it out the next day. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and Corey found Adam for me right away. They guys were very easy going and all pleasant to talk with. I made it clear to Adam that the deal had to be phenomenal for me to forgo the deal I had set up with the out of state dealership and I didn’t want to play games. End result, I bought my Macan GTS from Byers and had an excellent experience. They even drove the new car to my house that day since I wasn’t doing a trade. I’m glad I was able to keep it “local” and look forward to a lasting relationship with the team at Byers. More

Excellent emergency service while traveling out of town I was traveling from Pittsburgh to Lexington, KY and got a flat tire after 9 pm. I used Porsche roadside service to get my car to the dealership and I was traveling from Pittsburgh to Lexington, KY and got a flat tire after 9 pm. I used Porsche roadside service to get my car to the dealership and left it in the parking lot and the keys in the drop box. The service Manager, Jeff Zimmerman, was incredible in that he managed to get me a new tire and take care of my emergency problem in the midst of a very packed Friday service schedule. I was on the road, and not a regular client but he treated me like family. I am very grateful of the amazing service that was offered to me not because I was a regular but because it was the right thing to do. I will also compliment Scott Cramblett from sales that assisted in arranging an after hours pick up on our way back to Pittsburgh. The entire experience refreshed my faith that there are truly good people out there! More
