Worst Porsche dealership by far. Service is rude, incompetent, manipulative and liars. By the way check the pricing they charge you for parts because they mark them up above MSRP and Service is rude, incompetent, manipulative and liars. By the way check the pricing they charge you for parts because they mark them up above MSRP and then justify it by no one catching them until its too late. If you want to be told "you should be lucky" for them to actually do their jobs then this is the dealer for you, but you won't find a luxury experience at all. I for one am selling both of my Porsches that have a warranty remaining so I never have to deal with them again. Such an insult to a great brand to have such horrible people representing them. I wont buy another new Porsche until Baker no longer is the dealer. More
Worst experience ever with a car dealership !! Camelot, Christi, Karen, all sales and greeters sucked !! Never had a salesman grab and pull on me and call me names ! After many calls and trying to deal wit Christi, Karen, all sales and greeters sucked !! Never had a salesman grab and pull on me and call me names ! After many calls and trying to deal with someone, Christi called but only cared about what she wanted to say and not listen to what we wanted. We were told, she did not care if she sold the car or not. Two weeks later Karen called to see what we wanted !! Really !! No one really cares at this dealership. We have since been to another dealership and were treated with respect and caring. We found the car that we were looking for and a dealership that is professional !! More
We have purchased a brand new GMC Sierra from Cliff Tucker, and recently a Porsche Cayenne from Shaun Freemon in this last year. We have received excellent service from Baker Motors and Cliff until now Tucker, and recently a Porsche Cayenne from Shaun Freemon in this last year. We have received excellent service from Baker Motors and Cliff until now. During our dealing with Shaun for the Porsche, one of his selling points was he would throw in a paint job for wheels for a $800 dollar value. After purchasing the vehicle, my wife decided she just wanted the brake calipers painted and not the wheels. I called Shaun and ask if we could just get the check for $800, because she would rather do the brakes and not the wheels. He said that he could give us $200 and that’s it. His reasoning for only giving $200 was exactly what I would expect from a non reputable used car salesmen, didn’t expect that from Baker. After saying how ridiculous that was, and told him how I would just accept that and leave my survey. He then said if I didn’t leave a bad review he would pay me $400, and I would have that in a few days. I accepted. After a week I began to call and text him because we did not have it, he explained how it should be in my mailbox by now. After over 2 weeks I texted again, and he finally went to the accounting department to get a check wrote and sent out. When I recieved the check it was for $350. I texted Shaun, and he did not want to fix the situation. He said he forgot what we said, but fought in my behalf to get the check. It’s only $50, but it’s more about principle now. If someone gives me their word, I expect it. On top of that we will purchase our future vehicles from one of the thousands of different dealerships in our state. Baker says on his phone recording that everyone should be completely satisfied, we are not. I have also emailed management about this situation, and the customer service agent. They have all refused to write back and address this situation. More
