I would give them negative stars if possible. Stay away!! These people are terrible, poorly trained, and surprisingly condescending! Service is extremely overpriced. They damaged my 911 and put me through xxxx to get it fixed. I had to redo the annual service at a reputable dealership due to their incompetence. I complained to GM Jason Hair and it fell on deaf ears. He actually could not care less for their mistakes. Read his response below and you’ll be able to tell how they treat their customers. They scratched an immaculate 911 GTS and the level nonchalance was shocking. Bottom line, stay away!! More
Horrible customer service. Great at not responding to their online service reps. If you enjoy being ignored and marginalized, this is the place for you. My problem involved an erroneous mileage entry that went to CARFAX and overstated the mileage on my Porsche. When the service manager and I reviewed the documentation he agreed about the error and he took c to CARFAX and overstated the mileage on my Porsche. When the service manager and I reviewed the documentation he agreed about the error and he took care of the erroneous report on CARFAX…and he did it quickly. More
The service experience here is awful. It’s weeks before they can even take a look at your car and their loaner cars are booked out for weeks as well, so tough luck, you’re on your own. It’s weeks before they can even take a look at your car and their loaner cars are booked out for weeks as well, so tough luck, you’re on your own. I also own a Range Rover and a Mercedes, and while other dealerships have delays as well, Porsche Chandler is an outlier. It’s easy to sell the vehicles when they’re in short supply and the demand is high, unfortunately the service aspect is not acceptable for a luxury brand. More
When we originally wanted to buy a Porsche, this dealership was so difficult to deal with. They couldn’t help us a find a 4door Panamera. They were so disinterested in making the sale. Unlike Porsch dealership was so difficult to deal with. They couldn’t help us a find a 4door Panamera. They were so disinterested in making the sale. Unlike Porsche Scottsdale that was THRILLED to gain a new customer! The service department is the worst, they don’t tell the truth about parts coming in, they are borderline rude when you take your car in or have a question, mostly they seem to have a problem with deliveries. Why a package from LA takes 6 days to arrive?? Meanwhile, I’m without a vehicle. No urgency in their part…..ever. The Porsche parts department they ordered from says it HAS been delivered. Meanwhile, they tell me to “check back next week.” Seriously??? It’s ridiculous for a small part to keep the door shut. Beware of this dealership and just go to Porsche Scottsdale More

Update To Previous Purchase Had a great purchase experience three months ago. Adam, our sales associate, was wonderful. Nick, our finance manager, was first class. Beautiful deal Had a great purchase experience three months ago. Adam, our sales associate, was wonderful. Nick, our finance manager, was first class. Beautiful dealership. We left completely satisfied. Everyone knows Porsches are very expensive to work on but we felt confident that this vehicle was up to date mechanically based on what we were told. Now 2,000 miles later my 2008 Cayenne (which we were told was gone over thoroughly by the service department at Chandler,) now faces $4,000 in repairs. Russ, the service director, was nonchalant in his reply to my concern: "The car WAS check out but we can't foresee future issues, sorry you're having these problems," was basically his reply. If this problem was 12-18-24 months after purchase I would agree totally. But three months and 2,000 miles later? So much for customer service and trying to rectify a serious issue. You will get a great experience when buying, but unless the vehicle is new or you have a warranty, forget about buying a car here. Please learn from my experience. More
