This place is absolutely awful. Had a terrible service experience. Brought my car in to get checked and ended up with a $800 bill. They refilled the Freon and I didn’t even realize they were doing it I told them I just wanted them to diagnose it but they’re masters at being sketchballs. Anyway I called the gym to complain and he told me “your 2017 is an older car it’s going to need work” felt like he was absolutely trying to belittle me for not having the newest model. I told him I had no idea they were doing what they were doing and certainly wasn’t made aware of the charges and he told me there was nothing he could do cuz I already paid which is xxxxxxxx. Total xxxxxxxx. A few days went by so I called again and the guy was again saying I signed the papers and that was it so now I’m writing this review. They are awful and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. The GM clearly has fostered a very greedy vibe in his team. Comes from the top down. Never trust a car dealership. I also was told when I brought my car in they would touch up my rims as I have a rim package. Their guy wasn’t even there! They truly are the absolute worst. More

There aren't enough good things I can say about David Corbin and the team at Porsche. About a month after purchasing a trade in Audi Q3 from the dealer, there were issues that came up that needed fixed. Corbin and the team at Porsche. About a month after purchasing a trade in Audi Q3 from the dealer, there were issues that came up that needed fixed. David contacted the Audi Service team next door and the next day, my car was completely fixed with no issues. Derek from Audi was spectacular with his consistent communication and the whole experience couldn't have gone any better. There has been a regular and steady improvement from the good service we received on our first Herb Chambers Porsche to the exceptional service on our current (and third) Porsche from Herb Chambers. This is clearly the result of the efforts of Service Manager Steve LaFond and his team. More
