The service,as always was outstanding. Working with Robben and Rodney is a pleasure. Robben goes above and beyond to insure satisfaction. The only negative with the experience was that when my car was returned to me the "service Required" light was on. Robben explained that since I did not have the recommended four year service, my car has only 10,000 miles on it, Porsche will not allow the light to be reset. My dissatisfaction is not with the dealer but with the Porsche policy. More
Battery replacement I want to preface that Robben Tindle and the dealer service staff could not of been more helpful in trying to negotiate with Porsche to replace a ba I want to preface that Robben Tindle and the dealer service staff could not of been more helpful in trying to negotiate with Porsche to replace a battery under warranty. Although unsuccessful, they did not charge me for the installation and re-initialization of the onboard computer on the battery that I elected to furnish in Lieu of Porsche. I Fault Porsche [not the dealer but Porsche USA ] for nitpicking a battery replacement that should’ve probably been under warranty as the car was both under miles and time. However they have some sort of rule that you must drive a certain average miles per month in order for battery to be warranted. I think this is utterly ridiculous but it is what it is. Again Porsche Birmingham themselves are very easy to deal with and I commend them for honestly trying. More

Great Service Experience Robben researched my Cayman GTS service history and found to my surprise that the previous owner in Nashville had purchased a Porsche 4-year maintenan Robben researched my Cayman GTS service history and found to my surprise that the previous owner in Nashville had purchased a Porsche 4-year maintenance agreement that will save me thousands of dollars over the next several years on scheduled service. I had my 80,000 mile service performed, along with some cosmetic things and a detailed clean. My car looked like it came off the showroom floor. The only thing slightly negative was that it was a day later than expected, but they came off the quoted price $100 for the inconvenience. I appreciate Tracy keeping me posted on the status throughout the time being serviced. I also appreciate the attention to detail. Overall....a fantastic experience. Highly recommend. More
