DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst experience I have had. Had two issues: one with my heater blower that wouldn’t shut off even when the key was turned off, and a second issue wi Worst experience I have had. Had two issues: one with my heater blower that wouldn’t shut off even when the key was turned off, and a second issue with one door not closing completely. The mechanics claimed that the door issue was due to a prior accident due to them finding a thicker clear coat over the door in question—indicating that the door had been refinished. When confronted they checked the rest of the car and the clear coat thickness was similar. On questioning they said that the entire car may have been refinished due to an accident. NOT TRUE. Clean car fax, no evidence of repainting on the car, and car was owned by a dealer mechanic. Second, the problem with the blower was said to be due to “coffee spilled on the climate control panel”. Not true. The car was taken to different dealer in Tyson’s Corner VA. Blower issue was due to internal short in blower controller. Nothing to do with any coffee spill. No evidence for accident. Also confirmed with selling dealer and prior owner. Bottom line the mechanics and the service manager were deceitful in trying to purposefully prevent repairs under warranted service. For what reason, I really don’t know. I will never go back to this dealer. Be forewarned! More

A very welcoming and warm feeling is what you'll get from the moment the garage gate opens to the moment it closes behind you as you leave the service center. I cannot say enough about their certified mechanics too who will invite you into their workshop to experience their knowledge and make the most naive of Porsche enthusiasts (that's me) feel appreciated. A huge shout-out to Certified Diagnostic Specialist Doug Lanciano for teaching me things about by 911 Targa that I could not learn anywhere else. A++ for Porsche of Rockville. More

Not Happy - Great New Service Center - Poor service exper. After the great experience from driving your Porsche into their service garage and lovely lounge, my service experience was poor. I drove my 986 in After the great experience from driving your Porsche into their service garage and lovely lounge, my service experience was poor. I drove my 986 in which I modified and dedicated all of time and work into the engine, custom exhaust and and other minor modifications. The greeting staff was great, but the service advisors lacked understanding in reference to the work i communicated to execute. After, service (this past Saturday) my battery cover was not installed. I found a hand grease mark in my quarter panel, and I was not completely satisfied (After spending hours detailing my 986). I needed to bring my 986 back into service moments after it left the service center because my coolant indicator light remained on, as soon as I Porsche’d out of there service garage (and they were not amicable for my return). I called Monday (today), and requested to speak to the manager. Lewis informed me the manager shall return my call within 10 minutes, 10 minutes came and went, it is now, past 7Pm, and I still did not receive a call nor vm from the manager (i called in the early opening hours). At the end, the drive-in experience was great, the greeting staff is friendly, but, their service advisories (🤔🤔) and the amount of times I called in order get a hold of my advisor was inconvenient, I was transferred numerous times, and when attempting to call him in his Direct dial, I was unable to locate him. 😕😕😕.. I hope in the near future they will be able to manage their team in order to communicate thoroughly, and be available to talk, and run a thorough inspection before returning the vehicle to their clients. NOT happy. More
