Porsche Bethesda - Service Center

AC checkup, Parking Brake fault I scheduled an appointment in order to get a loaner, which took a couple of weeks. Fortunately, we haven't had the typical DC heat wave at the time. I scheduled an appointment in order to get a loaner, which took a couple of weeks. Fortunately, we haven't had the typical DC heat wave at the time. My AC would only cool while moving and another shop told me that while the system was charged okay there might be a stuck expansion valve, Turned out to be only a disconnected fan. Now other dealers/shops may have taken advantage of this situation but not Porsche Bethesda. They also identified the Parking Brake fault which was due to work done at another independent shop. Perhaps, that's a lesson learned, i.e., you get what you pay for.. In any case, no charge for any of this service or diagnosis. I've always had understanding, diligent and responsive service at POR or now Porsche Bethesda. My only wish is that they had better loaner availability. Alex has always been accommodating and professional. Now the staff has increased and so too has their customer service. More

Loaner Car was great but Porsche should not be making SUVs stick to high-performance 2 door sports cars... the pleasure of Porsche has been the ability to drive the car not have the car drive you... Fast and perfect with no appointment! I picked up nails in both rear tires and was able to drive my car into the dealer. Pure Arrogance I have had nothing but issues with service at this dealership. There is a condescending arrogance in the way their customers are treated, unfortunate I have had nothing but issues with service at this dealership. Fast and friendly service I brought my Panamera GTS in for its 20,000 mile service. I was greeted by the staff and offered a delicious cappuccino for my morning start.
