My car had “just out of warranty” transmission/transfer case problems and not only did they work with me to schedule a convenient service day, provide a loaner car and return the car same day, they were able to give me a very reasonable price, declaring that they “do what they can for good customers “! This is one reason I’ve been taking my Cayenne there, and I will continue to do so. Overall the dealership is well run, providing great service and well represented by Louis, Alex and everyone else I’ve ever encountered there… great job guys and thank you! More

Louis and the Porsche Dealership goes above and beyond in customer service- but in this case Louis interfaced with Porsche and resolved my issues better and faster than I thought possible. Louis worked with Porsche and had the issue resolved within one day ... I am a loyal Porsche customer, and had just ordered a 2024 Cayenne S - Porsche not only makes GREAT cars, but has exceptional service and staff like Louis Pradel that make Porsche unique. This is the third time I have come to Porsche of Bethesda for various services and they are always helpful, efficient and makes owning a Porsche a great experience all around. Porsche Bethesda does an excellent job of representing the brand. Alexander assisted me during a service visit for a CPO vehicle I had just purchased out of state, but had a minor issue I had missed durin the brand. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness in helping me throughout the visit. Other personnel at the dealership also made a point of greeting me during my visit as opposed to ignoring "just another customer". This was both my first service experience with Porsche Bethesda, and my first service experience with Porsche as well. Very impressed with the way they run their facility. Wunderbar! More

Worst experience ever with this dealership. Dealt with Alex, Doug,Cindy. No one ever called to see why my experience was so poor. The car was released with damage to the center console and swirls all over the paint when I told them not to wash it. Alex the service manager is the worst. They are too blind and arrogant to care. I even talked to the sales manager who was supposed to talk to the GM. Thought Cindy was my friend but she's just as fake as ever which hurts personally. They only care about the positive reviews. The 2 managers post fake reviews on Google. Should forward this to corporate. More
