This year I had my first service for my new Macan at Porsche Bellevue. The service was complimentary since it was the first but I have to say folks did a great job to perform all what was needed, the ca Porsche Bellevue. The service was complimentary since it was the first but I have to say folks did a great job to perform all what was needed, the car was ready on time and they offered me Lyft rides to work after I left the car to them and to come back (nice little touch that not all dealership do). They also call me back for a couple of recall campaigns that got addressed in a few hours totally free of charge and with the same great experience. Totally recommended! More

Technician tests my car many times and confirms the steering wheel shakes, but the service advisor tells me it’s normal, it’s not acceptable! After wheel alignment, the data is abnormal, I don’t know why, my car is brand new, I strongly suspect that this car had the issue when they sold it to me, but they still charged me for it, and I accepted it. I just want to get this issue fixed quickly without affecting my use of the car. What's even worse is that when I was about to drive away, I found that the driver's seat was dirty, obviously stepped on by someone. I'm extremely angry because my seat is white, and they actually claimed that I should have told them to cover the seat before sending it for repairs, and the fact that it got dirty is my fault. This is simply unreasonable. Providing a seat cover is the most basic part of their job, isn't it? If the car didn't have problems, I wouldn't want to visit this dealership at all, and I definitely don't want to see that arrogant face of the female service advisor. More
Horrible service. Last month I bought a used Cayman S that is a CPO vehicle but apparently the warranty doesn’t cover anything. How a premium brand like Porsche won’t cover the door cards warping and pulling away from the door even though it has been a known issue for a while is being me, seems like a safety issue since airbags are attached to it. Lee is the only one in the service department that hasn’t treated me like in a bother to them. More

In the beginning I thought it was going to be great but as the day and a half went on and I ran into probably the most terrible rain that we've had here in the Northwest for a day and a half I felt like I needed to get that rental car back as soon as possible nobody went over what the problems were with my car I actually brought it in for a recall and Nicole never went over the results nothing just tell me that I needed to get the car back because other people were in my same situation but my situation was very unique and I would have never even brought the car in had I not got a recall on it It's a vehicle that I very rarely drive and I have it in suspension unless I drive it call me if you want to get some more information about my reaction to my experience which was very negative I was given a card of someone because I thought I would be interested in buying a Porsche The courtesy car was great but I would like a little better vehicle if I were to purchase one when I return the car of course Nicole had smiles but it was a very very difficult situation for me and I was appreciative of the courtesy car but not of the experience with her and I'm sorry to say that. More
