I’m new to the Porsche world I’ve owned my cayenne about 2 mth needed some recall work done on headlight had it done and could out my transfer case was slipping UGH big expense but thankfully I got a extend 2 mth needed some recall work done on headlight had it done and could out my transfer case was slipping UGH big expense but thankfully I got a extended warranty on it that covered most of the expense my service guy Landon was awesome I sent him the warranty information and he did all the leg work finding out wats covered appreciated that saved me a head ache they gave me a great loaner a brand new cayenne was amazing got my car back after 7-10 days it’s running like new again thank you Landon for the help! Our experience during the purchase was average compared to other dealer's, BUT when it comes to service these guys are second to none! They even send messages daily updating me on the progress , the cooles to other dealer's, BUT when it comes to service these guys are second to none!
