Fifth time I waited it out for 25 minutes to eventually be connected to a very nice young lady who knew nothing eg is my 2020 Cayenne Turbo under warranty for its first service? Nor could she contact anyone to answer the Q. I’m sorry to say this’s the worst retail/service experience since…seriously I can’t recall one this bad for years. Sorry Bellevue Porsche, you flunked.
