Fifth time I waited it out for 25 minutes to eventually be connected to a very nice young lady who knew nothing eg is my 2020 Cayenne Turbo under warranty for its first service? Nor could she contact anyone to answer the Q. I’m sorry to say this’s the worst retail/service experience since…seriously I can’t recall one this bad for years. Sorry Bellevue Porsche, you flunked. More

Got it right Needed a second key for my Cayenne and after a couple of issues and delays they went above and beyond to make things right. They provided a loaner, hand washed my car and came through on price of the key and labor. They even repaired a small issue no charge. Very impressed. More

Service manager Andrew did not even bother to reply to voicemail, service representative Matt was frustrated that I would complain when he was not even "responsible" (Gabe, the original rep was out of town). Customer service on the level of a used AutoNation lot. Dealer is a poor representative of a great brand and great products. Very similar experience among multiple other Porsche owners I have known with this service department. Let Porsche USA know this dealer is terrible. More
