I bought a 7 year old pre-owned Porsche from the dealer, which unfortunately developed a mechanical issue a few weeks later, luckily within the 90 day warranty period. Despite this being an old inexpensive which unfortunately developed a mechanical issue a few weeks later, luckily within the 90 day warranty period. Despite this being an old inexpensive model, the service department treated me like gold, slotting me into a busy workshop, and lending me a brand new courtesy car for 2 weeks while they sourced parts and took care of everything under warranty. A breath of fresh air compared to my dealings with other car dealerships in the past! I already have a new Porsche on order and look forward to servicing it here. More

I've had Porsches since 2007 and have had many service advisors. While all have been good, Nicole Pascua has been and is, by far, the best. But most important to me is that her advice and honesty over the years have earned my complete trust. My trust in Nicole's knowledge and professional support is playing a substantial role in my decision to purchase one of Porsche's more demanding maintenance/servicing models: a 911S Turbo. I would have engaged the build in any case -- I do not want to mislead -- but, as a woman, I cannot quantify how reassuring it is to know that Nicole will be overseeing the maintenance of this vehicle. Service advisor was great; but why does a battery cost $900!!!! Expedited the schedule and turned the car around quickly. Parts and labor seem very high compared to internet query. $900!!!!
