Exceeded my expectations! Had a flat tire and no other tire dealer in the area was able to one, get the original factory tires and two, get me on their schedules that week. I had to drive over the mountains on Friday for a family funeral so it was important for me to find a solution. Andrew, Doug and Mike found that I only needed one tire and located one in stock, saving me from having to buy four tires from any one else. Andrew said he'd get someone to fit me in, and the tire was changed the next morning. To top it off, he arranged for Doug to give me a ride home. I was able to make it over the mountains on Friday for the funeral . This experience solidified my loyalty to Porsche of Bellevue and I am very grateful for helping me out in a clutch! More

My Service Advisor, Nicole, is always professional with the right amount of personal touch, communicates with me in a timely manner, keeps me up to date on the progress of the services or repairs being performed, and always lets me know what may need to be addressed at the next service appointment. For a large-volume service shop, she has done a great job making me feel like I am an important customer, when I'm sure by business is very small in their overall operations. More
Very professional and polite. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is that Porsche does not keep a data base of all maintenance done on the vehicles. They could not tell me what previous maintenance had been done. Could not even tell me when I had the oil was last changed. For what it costs to maintain a Porsche I can't believe you don't have a national data base. If I take my Ford truck to any Ford dealer they can easily bring up all the maintenance that has been done to my truck. Time to upgrade your data base. More
This is the second time I went there for the same problem. My car gives fault warning for tail light defective when outside temperature is high. Now Seattle has low temperature and the problem does not happen. The technician cleared the fault records and did not write down the code. There is information on Porsche bulletin board. They could not reproduce the problem and told me I have to come again and provide the fault code when that happens. Why did they not write down the code and tried to reproduce the problem in other way than heating the environment? Did they really know what they were doing? They wasted their and my time. Actually I searched the internet and told them there was information about this problem on Porsche bulletin board. They just do not care. The first time my car stayed there for two days and I got nothing done. More

Was never greeted when entering dealership. I did not feel welcome at the dealership. I had to figure out on my own who to talk to to get service. No one was available at the parts counter when I went to feel welcome at the dealership. I had to figure out on my own who to talk to to get service. No one was available at the parts counter when I went to inquire about parts. I ended up ordering parts online from another dealership. Once I found a service advisor all went well. The service advisor was very courteous and helpful. More
