I made an appointment for annual service on my Cayman. At the time, I requested to drop off my car on the afternoon the day before my appointment and asked for a service loaner. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was informed there was no loaner available and they did not know when one would become available. I was told someone would call me when a loaner was available. I left. A couple of hours later I was notified a loaner was available and I returned. The rest of the appointment continued without issue. Not having a pre-arranged loaner available when reserved was inconvenient and poor service. This is not the experience that should happen at a dealership that aspires to achieve superior service. Not indicative of the Porsche brand. More
Professional, clean facility. Clearly explained the service performed. Out the door $5400 +tax. Extremely expensive,and i believe over priced for a 40000 mile service. More
My service advisor Anastasia met me at my vehicle when I dropped it off at the dealership for a service.
