The tech who worked on my car and the service department were communicative, kind, and professional. I would like to extend my gratitude to Anastasia Morozov, Jordan Franklin, Simon Pope, Jamie Johannessen, & Jordan Franklin. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure that my Macan was up to CPO spec. I am thankful for the outcome and that I brought my Macan Turbo to them. I would have appreciated a hand wash at the end of the repair and a shorter repair time (as just the interior was cleaned) but I felt that I was very well taken care of given the severity of the problem and the circumstances. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this dealer. More
Excellent service, knowledgeable service advisor, quick turn around. Brought my Cayenne Diesel in for intermediate service and it was a no hassle experience. Always feel good about service appointments; they strive to make us safe out there on the road. And this time they finished much faster than expected. Good job! to make us safe out there on the road. And this time they finished much faster than expected. Good job! More
Really disappointed in the whole experience. I felt trapped into accepting what i was told I needed to do. I wish I had asked for (or received) an estimate on my annual service before I brought my car in on a scheduled appointment. Given the exorbitant cost I would certainly have brought it somewhere else. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that my Porsche charged me significantly more for the labor portion of the repairs needed that were covered under the warranty. I was told after a week or so of the dealership having my car that the warranty only covered about 80% of the $10k in repairs - the difference being essentially all labor. So the dealership charged me the excess labor costs, which equated to approximately $1,800. Note that they offered to cover 50% of that cost, so I was responsible for $900 of that. But the idea that I need to shop labor rates around service companies is ridiculous and insulting to me. I would have expected Porsche to do the work that was warrantied without charging me more. Very dissapointing. More

Some times it does have to take multiple calls or emails for a response, but understand people could be very busy. I’m glad the charging issue was fixed. The PCM has been looked at 3 times now, finally replacing the unit. It now works better, but now part of the display isn’t working! Not a dealer issue, but is a Porsche issue: In total, this Taycan has been frustrating! I owned a 2006 Cayman for 6 years, and never once had an issue. More
