Took in my new to me 2020 911 S to have the spoiler driver replaced. Unfortunately the wrong part was delivered from Germany. Did not have to wait an additional al 3 weeks. Positives: • The initial service was completed in a timely manner. • Staff were generally courteous and professional. Major Concern: My primary disappointment stems from an incident involving the check engine light. Upon collecting my vehicle post-service, I noticed the check engine light was illuminated. This issue was not present when I initially brought the car in for servicing. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was met with a concerning response. The employees claimed they had not observed the check engine light during their final inspection. This discrepancy raises questions about the thoroughness of their quality control processes. Furthermore, when I requested that they address this new issue, the service center appeared reluctant to take responsibility. Their dismissive attitude towards a problem that manifested while the vehicle was in their care is troubling and falls short of the professional standards one would expect from a reputable service center. Conclusion: While Porsche Bellevue did complete the initial requested service adequately, their handling of the subsequent check engine light issue significantly diminishes my confidence in their service quality and customer care. I would caution other customers to be vigilant and ensure all aspects of their vehicle are thoroughly checked both before and after servicing at this establishment. More

What I truly appreciated was the ability to handle most of the transaction over the phone, given that I live on an island near Seattle. This convenience saved me multiple trips back and forth, which was a huge relief. The sales team was professional and pleasant to deal with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The finance department was also extremely professional and kind, ensuring that there was never any pressure—only accommodating, calm, and professional service. Bellevue Porsche did an outstanding job prepping the classic car for sale, addressing numerous fixes and delivering a vehicle that was ready to drive and enjoy. However, the highlight of my experience has been working with their service department. There was a remaining issue to be fixed as a condition of the sale, and after my initial visit, I still felt it wasn’t fully resolved. The team had me bring the car back, provided another loaner, and proceeded to make a complete repair, replacing expensive parts without hesitation. This level of service reminded me of the exceptional customer care we used to get from Nordstrom in the late '70s and ‘80s. Interacting with the service coordinators has been a pleasure, as they are all very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Satisfied customers seem to be a hallmark of Bellevue Porsche.
