Great customer service in the service department Chris Theriault made the service appointment for my Cayman a very positive experience. I received progress updates while my car was in the shop, and picking it up after the service appointment was just as quick and easy as dropping it off had been. 2015 Macan Turbo Service Ian in the service department was amazing. He took great care of my Macan which required some warranty service. While he had the car in the shop he not only updated me daily on how things were progressing but also did some detailing on my car for some minor scratches that I had caused and he did this for No charge!
