I had a very bad experience with Porsche Beaverton service. They damaged my car during a repair, then blamed me for it and made me pay for the parts and service to repair the damage they had caused. service. It was not dispensing washer fluid. I took my car to Porsche Beaverton. They replaced my wiper with a new one (slightly different size and model, but they said it would work). On my way home from the dealership, the wiper started moving erratically and then stopped, locked in position. I contacted my service manager to let him know what had happened and he promised that he would fix it upon my next visit. Fast forward a few months. The service manager I had been in touch with left the dealership. I brought my car back to the dealership and explained the issue. The new service manager did not accept responsibility for what turned out was a damaged rear wiper motor. In fact, he blamed me, saying that I had probably broken the motor in a car wash. Given that the wiper had broken on the very day of the repair, I feel he was either being intentionally dishonest or shockingly inept. I ended up having to pay around $500 for something that was their responsibility. I complained to the customer service rep, who doubled down and argued that the repair was not their responsibility, therefore claiming that the failure of my wiper on the day of repair was simply an amazing coincidence. I recommend a trip to Bend or Tacoma if you need service for your Porsche. I don't know anything about the sales team at Beaverton, but the service department is quite bad. More
I made an appointment for service at Porsche Beaverton and was told a loaner would be provided. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told no loaner was available. I had to leave, and a new appo and was told a loaner would be provided. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told no loaner was available. I had to leave, and a new appointment was made 10 days later. No apology, No valet service offered for the future appointment. I was left to believe that my time wasn't valueavle. When you buy a Porche you're not just buying a quality vehicle, but also an expectation of service and experience. Sadly the customer service experience is more disappointing than the malfunction of the vehicle which was also an out-of-character expectation. I've bought from multiple other luxury dealerships in the area and this is easily my worst experience that will affect my future purchases and my influence on the purchases of the people in my network and community. More

Excellent service writer I had my Cayman GTS in for service and had the great fortune of working with Amy Remsing. This car was a bit of a unicorn, so I purchased it out of state, and had it transported here. Because of that, I didn't have the luxury of a good "sit down" with my sales guy at the dealership in TX. Amy was not only incredibly professional, but highly knowledgeable. She educated me on a couple key points of my CPO and warranty that I was unaware of. I had my own alignment specs that I wanted to apply to the car, and she was very helpful making that happen... Spot on!!! Drop off on a Friday, loaner, and pickup on Saturday, for a spirited drive home. What's not to love! I've owned a lot of cars, written service at one point in my life, and dealt with dozens of dealerships over the years. Amy is a great service writer, and a true asset to Porsche Beaverton.
