I had service on my macan at beechwood porsche. The service was done properly and timely. The only concern I had was my outside temp readout is not responding in a tempo manner. Horrible customer service. Liars! Some time ago I had purchased a used audi from this dealership. Engine locked up on the way home, I live 20 miles away.( timing belt ). Even though I specifically asked if the service on the belt was performed and they said yes it was. The dealership offered "0" assistance with this issue. Also, I bought this car on line and pictures were taking in such way where paint imperfection were not noticeable on one side. So the car was parked with imperfect bad paint job closer to the wall so you could not notice it right away. Go figure. Be careful with them!!! More

My experience with Porsche Beachwood has been phenomenal. If you had even a teeny tiny bit of a bad experience, you get so angry, so up in arms, and you take hours out of your day to write a lengthy rant with 1-star. Quite frankly, consumers such as myself need to be reviewed too. Business owners should be able to counter-rate the consumer who's leaving a review (whether positive or negative). As such, I put minimal stock in such reviews and review sites, because it's a very biased signal for me -- I can't trust it or rely on it -- I might avoid a particular business because of some negative reviews, when the reality is I might have had an awesome experience and gotten exactly what I wanted if I just took a chance. Long rant aside (that felt good to say, so thank you, Porsche Beachwood, for being the unwitting recipient of my rant)... My experience with Porsche Beachwood has been phenomenal. They are half the country away from me, so yes, I bought a car sight unseen. It's a Porsche, so it's also not cheap. The entire experience was wonderful, they were helpful, easy to work with, never made me feel "dirty" about the experience (something typical with car purchases), and were extremely accommodating.
