Jason Haye made purchasing a new VW a pleasure. My wife who could care less about a car was really impressed with Jason's professional attitude and the extent he went to for delivering or new Jetta. I visited Flemington Audi and purchased a 2011 A6 off the lot. I test drove the car on a weekend and settled on a price early the following week. I knew from searching online what a fair price for the car should be. Jon (sales) and Ed (manager) worked well together to help make the deal happen. Each was straightforward and I felt as if each of them not only wanted to sell me a car but also wanted to build a long-term relationship that would result in referrals and repeat business. We ended up at a price that beat my online research. I know car dealers always make a profit on the cars they sell (or they would not sell them), yet, as a customer, no-one wants to feel as if they have been taken advantage of. I left the dealership feeling good about not only the car and the purchase price, but the people as well. Jon in particular went the 'extra mile' to see to it I was happy with my purchase even after the official paperwork had been signed. Kudos to Jon! I definitely would recommend this place over Audi dealers in the area. I've experienced the stereotypical game playing that positions the sales staff and the managers against the customer. As customers, we often ignore these games because we are purchasing a car, not the people. If you are going to plop down the money for an Audi, you do not want to feel pressured into making decisions nor feel as if you are being treated poorly. The folks I met at Flemington Audi were very professional. They were not short-sighted. The deal we put together was respectable for both parties. All-in-all, I was happy with my car buying experience. Go see these guys. If they treat you even close to how they treated me, you will be happy too. More

My first purchas at this dealership was a very professional experience. I was greeted right away and offered a very fair value for my trade-in. I found Mr. Santangelo to be very helpful. He answered our questions in a patient manner and was knowlegeable about the Audi A-4 both new and pre-owned.
