This review is especially for those buying/leasing an ID.4 EV, and live in a NJ area that is serviced Manager Eric Christensen at Ciocca Volkswagen. This review is especially for those buying/leasing an ID.4 EV, and live in a NJ area that is serviced by PSEG. PSEG has a program to rebate up to $1500 for purchase and installation of an EV Charger. Ciocca was running a promotion through VW, lease a ID.4 and get a free charger (I do not know if that program is still available). PSEG's policy requires a receipt for the charger. The charger was free and no receipt given. I could not get the rebate without a receipt. Even though we leased this car back in August 2023, we received excellent service from Jalile.Best He did not forget us. He informed his General Manger and we promptly received the needed letter. The point is, this dealership truly deserves your business. The Ciocca Dealerships are a family owned business that consistently takes care of their customers beyond the delivery date of the car. We also leased a Subaru from their Flemington Store and received similar excellent service. Thank You Jalile and Eric. More
