"We are 1 year into our 2011 Cayenne, and the love affair is still as strong as the day we picked it up from you guys. I had not planned on making a purchase yesterday/this week/this month and had only planned on a lunch stop by to have a look at two that were the right color combination for me. I am very pleased with my experience purchasing this car. Michael and Ryan in the Internet Sales Division were extremely helpful. After spending hours encompassing several visits trying to buy a new or late model C4S, the salesman determined that he just didn't have the car for me. I found a used 'o2 model out of state to buy. I imme to buy a new or late model C4S, the salesman determined that he just didn't have the car for me. I found a used 'o2 model out of state to buy. I immediately took it to the Dealer to have $2,000 of new tires and associated work done. They refused to give me a loaner. Instead of calling on them in 2 years to buy a new one I will go elsewhere first. Seems penny wise pound foolish to me More
