I absolutely dread the car purchasing process and Tommy was outstanding every step of the way. I was looking for something used and quite specific. I wasn't anticipating finding someone to work with me on finding my dream car - let alone someone as attentive as Tommy. Tommy knew more than anyone I've ever met about Porsches and it was obvious that this brand is more than a job for him - it's a true passion. Tommy not only located the exact car I wanted within a week (when I was expecting closer to a couple months) and had it shipped here, he went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the process - always being extremely responsive and as thorough as I required to feel comfortable. The purchase itself is usually when things get hairy - not with Tommy. He was very professional, providing answers to every question I had without pulling any funny business. He went above and beyond throughout every step of the process diligently having addressed all items on the we-owe prior to pickup and sitting with me to show me what every single button did and point out every feature I wouldn't have otherwise known I had. Since the purchase he has followed up multiple times to confirm if I had any questions about the vehicle, if there was anything else he could do to further assist me, etc. Tommy is not just a great sales professional, he's an all-around great guy. At the time, I was deeply conflicted about the purchase of a new car as I was still very attached to my 2001 Corvette Z06. However, my Vette was starting to become more of a restoration project with each passing day, so I was looking to see if my childhood dream of owning a Porsche was even attainable. After entering the museum-like showroom at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter, I was immediately welcomed by May Neff with a warm smile. She made my wife and I feel at home right away, taking a real interest in getting to know us. When the time arrived to take a Cayman S out for a test drive, I expected maybe a quick jaunt up and down Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Not with May; this was a real test drive. Off we went, putting the car through its paces on stretches of road that she know would demonstrate the awesome capabilities of the car. May's encyclopedic knowledge gave me detailed insights into all of the Cayman's features. As someone who loves to drive, I was hooked.
