Bypassed my local dealerships to work with Chad Pierce I ordered a Macan S through Chad Pierce at this dealership . I live out of State and there are many Porsche dealers where I live but Chad worked me ou I ordered a Macan S through Chad Pierce at this dealership . I live out of State and there are many Porsche dealers where I live but Chad worked me out a great deal, and was super attentive to any and all questions, in addition he was a top level tech (gold star mechanic) , sorry I'm not sure of the proper lingo, so he really thoroughly knows Porsche cars. We did everything through email , phone call and text due to me being out of State.we took delivery of the car today at the Atlanta Porsche Experience Center and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. . Porsche Sport Exhaust I came in needing a new tire due to a nail. Issac in the service department and his team took such great care of me that I decided to come back to have Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) installed. This install is expensive and complex but having built a trusting relationship I decided to take the plunge. Issac once again came through with flying colors helping to coordinate the install at a competitive price. I want to give Anthony Jones in parts a big thank you for helping to coordinate all the parts we needed for the install making the whole experience seamless. I know have the Porsche I always wanted with PSE and everything looks and works as if it was factory installed. Keep up the good work Porsche Perimeter. You can never go wrong with having great customer service. Will definitely buy the next one from these guys due to the service I received in the service department. More

Service Dept is Great, Sales is Just OK I have had my Panameras serviced here since 2011 and they have been great, Sales have been good in the past but when I tried to buy my thirs Panamera I have had my Panameras serviced here since 2011 and they have been great, Sales have been good in the past but when I tried to buy my thirs Panamera from them (a 2017 4S) they lowballed me on the trade on my immaculate low mileage 2103 Panamera 4S. Everyone else offered more for my trade including CarMax, AutoNation. In the end I had to cancel my deposit on my new 2017 Panamera 4S with this dealership and bought the identical car from Porsche Greenville in SC. The Greenville dealership matched the discount on the new 4S and gave me $6,000 more for my trade (!). When I told the Perimeter Sales people that I was going to Greenville they tried to scare me by badmouthing the other dealership and implied the price I was being offered would not be honored when I got to Greenville. They were wrong the guys in Greenville were absolutely honnest and true to their word More

Zach and Porsche Perimeter rock! I spent close to three hours looking, driving, and talking about Porsches with Zach, and he was a 'walking Macan dictionary', and quite the gentleman. Outstanding Service Dept I have been using the service department for the past 7 years. From my first experience there, I knew these people were there to take care of us and I have been using the service department for the past 7 years. The service advisors are upfront in letting you know the cost, possible issues in the future that can be repaired while they are in the engine which would save us money in the future. They treat you like family from the minute you pull into the dealership. I am a customer for life and have no plans of taking my Porsche to another dealership. More
