I had the BEST customer experience EVER at Jim Ellis Porche! You may ask yourself, " why? What happened?" I had traveled to the dealership on a Saturday to purchase a Panamera I found on Cargurus online. Steven, the internet sales mgr, introduced me to Chad Pierce. Chad Pierce and I viewed the inventory. Unfortunately, the car was sold Friday evening. I was was crushed and discouraged. Chad was a real trooper and earned my business. He immediately began showing me alternative cars that may have interested me. His expertise, knowledge, and professionalism won me over! Not to mention we drove several cars. We traveled offsite to various locations to find the right car for me. I found the Panamera of my dreams... white exterior with Luxor and black interior. Not only did he help me find the right car for me, I was highly impressed with his love for Porches and his knowledge and attention to detail explaining the car's features and functionality. His background as a technician showed in his attention to detail about the car. In closing, I highly recommend Chad and his internet team as a sure way to find and purchase your next or first Porche.
