At the time, I was deeply conflicted about the purchase of a new car as I was still very attached to my 2001 Corvette Z06. However, my Vette was starting to become more of a restoration project with each passing day, so I was looking to see if my childhood dream of owning a Porsche was even attainable. After entering the museum-like showroom at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter, I was immediately welcomed by May Neff with a warm smile. She made my wife and I feel at home right away, taking a real interest in getting to know us. When the time arrived to take a Cayman S out for a test drive, I expected maybe a quick jaunt up and down Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Not with May; this was a real test drive. Off we went, putting the car through its paces on stretches of road that she know would demonstrate the awesome capabilities of the car. May's encyclopedic knowledge gave me detailed insights into all of the Cayman's features. As someone who loves to drive, I was hooked. Returning to the showroom, May recognized both the nostalgia I had for my Vette and the burning desire to own my very first Porsche. She made the entire process of purchasing the car so easy and pleasant. There were no dreadful negotiations. May was straightforward and honest. As I drove my new Cayman S off the lot, I couldn't tell who was more excited: May or me! She knew just how much that car would mean to me. When the time came to purchase a new car for my wife this year, we went right back to May. She welcomed us like family, making the experience of buying a Macan S so enjoyable. Several of the transactions were long distance, knowing what I wanted, looking online, and purchasing. I have worked with many of the managers, when they were in sales, and now with Chad Pierce. He is outstanding. He found us exactly what we wanted at a price that was fair. He also was able to give us a fair price for our trade, based on VIN and photos. He then arranged transport of the vehicle and picked ours up, saving us valuable time. He has followed up after the sale making sure that everything was satisfactory. I have also purchased a car directly from the dealership, and I have to say it is impressive inside!. Lots of cars to see, a refreshment/coffee bar, and a golf simulator. He is truly an awesome guy, with a great attitude! 2. Every inquiry we made was returned promptly, and with Courtesy. 3. When an inquiry was simple, and could be answered quickly...I got a text. When it was more complicated, he picked up the phone and called me, and then followed up by email if needed. Never, not in one instance was it an inconvenience or a "bother". 4. We needed information to make an educated decision, we got it from Chad every time. I get the feeling that Chad knows these cars inside out and backwards with his eyes closed...which I have to tell you is very comforting as a buyer! 5. He is passionate about these cars, but more importantly, he is passionate about helping people and it truly shows in the way that he dealt with us. It is so refreshing to meet someone that cares about others and not JUST to make a car sale, but to listen and respond with a smile regardless of the outcome. He knew from the beginning that there was a pretty remote possibility of us buying from him due to location, and another dealership being much closer, yet he proceeded and responded, and persisted, with a smile on his face, every time. He REALLY earned the business with his amazing attitude! 6. Once we were engaged and committed to buying, Chad made the whole process simple and efficient. We were driving in from out of State, so we wanted to make a quick turnaround, and get back home...he did everything possible to speed the process. From having the car detailed and ready to go on arrival, to lining up the finance folks to get us "processed", we were met with smiles and efficiency. We did not have to lift a finger, he had everyone informed and prepared for us ahead of time. 7. Chad took my wife Joelle through every aspect of that car. He was patient and thorough, and he even helped us load up our stuff from our trade in, and get us back on the road. Chad is amazing! We cannot say enough to express what a great job he did.
