This is was one the nicest experiences I have ever had at a new car dealership! Scott spent almost 3 hours with me on a Friday night. This included two different test drives and then walking the sales lot to a new car dealership! Scott spent almost 3 hours with me on a Friday night. This included two different test drives and then walking the sales lot to find certain cars to sit in. He was very knowledgable and very accomadating. Never once did he use a high pressure sales tactic. Actually after we found the one car I was leaning towards, he recommended I go home and sleep on it. After visiting another dealer the next day, I returned to see the car again and see what kind of deal I could get. Scott came back the first time with what I felt was an excellent deal and basically beat the other dealership rather badly. I appreciated the truthfulness and the honesty of both Scott and his manager. I have only owned the car for three days, so I haven't had an experience with the service Department yell, but I can totally recommend this sales team. Especially the salesman Scott Chmiel. They have earned a repeat customer already!! More

Outstanding service that is complete and done right the first time. I’ve been taking my 996 to Jim Ellis for service since day one and usually ask for Johnathon. This guy is incrediable and the best tech that you will find on the planet. Are there less expensive service centers available? Sure, but my experience has been that these guys know what they are doing, they correctly fix the problem the first time and thoroughly inspect the car at each service level. Here’s an example of going above and beyond. I had recently put a new set of tires on the car which I purchased at a specialty tire center known for high performance cars. On my way home my flat tire warning came on. This was late Saturday afternoon and the tire center was now closed. I pulled into Jim Ellis, Johnathon pulled my car in, located the problem tire, dismounted it, cleaned the inner rim (the cause of the problem), reinstalled the tire and charged me NOTHING! More
