The only problem l had was at the cashier. During checkout, l was using my husband's credit card, and we both have he was dropping me off to pay for the car because he wasn’t feeling well. No loaner given although I drove 2 hours from out of town as service was promised for less than 2 hours. It took 4 hours and I had to just stay around.
