Don't sign until dealership has done everything promised So this is our 3rd time purchasing a Porsche. This purchase was a CPO Cayenne 2018. The vehicle had just gotten onto the lot and nothing had been cl So this is our 3rd time purchasing a Porsche. This purchase was a CPO Cayenne 2018. The vehicle had just gotten onto the lot and nothing had been cleaned up, which was fine with us because we knew they would address our voiced concerns regarding repair of the chips on the hood. We also requested the coating for the hood to be placed prior to pickup. We arrive one week after the initial test drive to pick up the vehicle. To our surprise, the coating had been placed over the un-repaired chips. Apologies were given, and even an offer to take a few hundred dollars off the fee for the coating. Honestly I was offended at the offer. If we wanted a vehicle with chips on the hood, we would not have requested the coating. The salesman states we can take the car and he will schedule the bodyshop/loaner and come and pick up the vehicle as we live an hour + away. He picks up the car as promised. The car is returned to us the following day and to our dismay they have not filled in the chips, but painted over them and there are low spots, which are very visible. My head is about to explode at this point!!! We did not accept the car and told the driver to take it back and do it right. At this time, they still have the car and the salesman says he is working on getting it finished by close of business tonight. In retrospect, we should have just walked away. The only reason we did not is the simple fact that our salesman seemed to be trying to make things right. Only time will tell. More

Julia has been there-above and beyond-in every aspect of not only the showing and the final sale. But every bump in the road-Julia was there to hold my hand. And I know some of the stuff she did was not in her job description. She always got right back to me, answered every question, even the stupid ones. She's honest and she's good and she's been there for me like a best friend. She held my hand to the finishing line-and me myself and a lot of different circumstances-put a bunch of obstacles in her way. But Julia did it. She leased me my first Panamera Porsche.
