We met Julia originally when purchasing my wife’s 2020 Macan. Not only was she extremely courteous and professional, she knew every option available, how it worked, whether it was necessary for our use case, and bent over backwards to make certain we had a great experience! Additionally, which just goes to show both the dealership and Julia’s commitment to its customers, I purchased a GT3 out of state in North Olmsted, OH. Needless to say I had a bunch of issues to deal with once the car arrived in GA. Julia has been in constant contact with me to ensure I am comfortable and all my needs are taken care of in a timely manner. Given North Olmsted delivered the car without walking through any functionality, Julia took time out of her day to walk me step by step through all the features of my car. She also explained how to go about setting up SiriusXM properly as North Olmsted also forgot to set that system prior to delivery. Julia’s attention to detail is impeccable and her customer service abilities are second to none that I have ever worked with. Julia is highly knowledgeable about the full lineup Porsche offers, and extremely knowledgeable about the Porsche GT lineup. She was able to answer all of my questions in extreme and accurate detail. Most impressive, Julia is ALWAYS responsive--in the dealership, via cell phone, via text, anything.
