They try to do everything possible to keep the customer satisfied. It took several attempts, but they did kept at it, and were able to address a humming noise from AC/Heater system. They were communicative, had to put in time and effort to ensure it is fixed. They also gave me a 30 mins ride with one of their advanced techs to ensure it is not reproduced. I have to take the car for service within one moth of purchase because it started showing service alert after a week of purchase. After servicing it still shows so now I have to take the car again for se purchase because it started showing service alert after a week of purchase. After servicing it still shows so now I have to take the car again for service because the issue is not resolved. Also, the dealership sold the car to me without emission test due to which I didn’t received my tag. I have to pay tag fees again at county office. This is absolutely not acceptable from Porsche dealership. More
