I recently brought my Porsche Taycan in for an issue with the panoramic roof and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service department. When I arrived, several service advisors wer the panoramic roof and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service department. When I arrived, several service advisors were standing around but no one greeted or acknowledged me. After waiting for a bit, a young man finally came over and kindly escorted me inside to speak with a service advisor. However, the advisor he brought me to didn’t even look up when we approached. When the young man asked if he was busy, he simply said yes and did not acknowledge me at all. Another advisor happened to walk by, and the young man asked if he could help me. He agreed, but very reluctantly. He told me he could provide an old quote from someone else for my insurance company, which obviously wouldn’t work for an insurance claim. When I explained that, he then said it would be several weeks before a technician could even look at the vehicle. The entire interaction made me feel like I was bothering the staff just by being there. Right after leaving, I went to another Porsche dealership where I was immediately greeted and they quickly provided a proper quote for my insurance company. I understand service departments can get busy, but the lack of basic customer service and professionalism here was very disappointing—especially for a Porsche dealership. More

Porsche services are very expensive.
