While traveling, Porsche Ashville did me a real solid. My wife and I were on a major cruise from Massachusetts through Ashville, the Smokies, and the Shenandoah Mountains. The top mechanism on my 2002 911 C4 Cab refused to go down completely. On hours notice, I was in the shop, the problem analyzed, the car washed and, though they couldn't fix it that day, they supplied me with a list of the parts needed and a work-around to operate the top manually while we were on the road. They saved the day. And the visit was complementary! Much appreciated. A class act all the way around. We could enjoy the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Tail of the Dragon in the open air. More

Unexpected Service Need I was driving my 2000 Porsche 911 on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the greater Ashville area and the check engine light came on. Porsche of Asheville was I was driving my 2000 Porsche 911 on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the greater Ashville area and the check engine light came on. Porsche of Asheville was close by so I drove over to see if they could take a look at my car. I drove in to the service center and was met immediately by an employee. Douglas Urban from the service department greeted me and I told him about the issue. He took the car and got the issue diagnosed - plus a few other items I asked them to look at. Within about an hour he let me know what the problem was (a coil went bad) what it would cost to repair and what options I had with the other issues I had asked him to look at. The parts were not in stock but would be the following day - POA was able to provide me a loner so I had transportation while my 911 was being repaired. The car was ready when they said and for the amount quoted. I did not purchase my Porsche from Porsche of Ashville (I live in Florida) but they treated me like a customer that has had a long term relationship with them. Their service seems top notch, reasonably priced and their customer care is exceptional in my opinion. I would have them service my car again and I would recommend them. More

Quick, friendly and excellent work I was in the mountains, and my low coolant warning light came on in my Boxster. Being a part time resident, and only a few days left in town, I calle I was in the mountains, and my low coolant warning light came on in my Boxster. Being a part time resident, and only a few days left in town, I called them up, and they got me in right away, pressure tested the cooling system, found no problems, and did not even charge me for the checkup, even though the CPO just expired a couple of weeks before. I bought a gallon of the Porsche pink coolant and went on my merry way. More
