Porsche Asheville is fantastic!!! We took our 911 for track inspection and Zac in service said that it passed. He also told us that it was time for a 4 year service. However he was not pushy and said that we could do the service on the next visit. How refreshing!!! A dealership that is not pushy. We went ahead and got the service done. They provided us with a loaner car and we live 80 mikes from them one way. No questions and no you live too far away. We will continue to come to Porsche Asheville for all of our needs. By the way, we had a fabulous time at the track and hope to have the opportunity to go to the track again. More

He is not only very knowledgable and professional, he is also very friendly and concerned about my Porsche service needs. I will not take my vehicle to any other place for service. unnecessary work and over charged for parts (more than MSRP) Battery died in my Porsche.....it caused an error code in the computer.....Harmony Porsche said the steering column needed to be replaced....I doubted Battery died in my Porsche.....it caused an error code in the computer.....Harmony Porsche said the steering column needed to be replaced....I doubted their diagnosis...they replaced it for $2,200.....then they said the immoblizer needed to be replaced.....they explained that it is common for a dead battery to short out these components.....to add to the insult when I reviewed my bill I discovered that they charged about 10% over the Porsche retail price for parts !!! I believe at they misdiagnosed the problem.....and over charged for the parts. More

I am always taken care of when dealing with the sales department, the parts department and the service department.The sales staff always greet me with I am always taken care of when dealing with the sales department, the parts department and the service department.The sales staff always greet me with a warm smile and hear my concerns first time. They often come up with strategies on how I may finance a car that I was not even aware of. The parts department can get me the parts I need within a few days if not a few hours. If I don't like the part they will simply return it and I am not penalized. When I'm having my car serviced I'm able to know that it will be fixed properly. Whether it's sales service or parts I can count on Porsche Asheville to meet my needs when it comes to my Porsche. Their staff listens well and gives me more thanI had even expected every time.
