If I could give 0 stars, I would. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my service experience. After booking my appointment online and entering all of my information about my vehicle, I showed extremely disappointed with my service experience. After booking my appointment online and entering all of my information about my vehicle, I showed up to drop my car off and was told they couldn't even find my appointment. That added an additional 10 minutes to my drop off while they obtained all the information and we discussed what needed to be done to the car (all previously filled out online). Contact from the service department with updates during the 3+ weeks they had my car was atrocious and I'd often go days without a call back or an update. Notably, they did not provide a loaner vehicle, so I was completely without a car for 3+ weeks. Make sure you check the prices of the parts they quote you as well as they were substantially over the Porsche MSRP for the part my vehicle needed and they flat out refused to price match or even honor the MSRP (which is their prerogative). More concerning though, I received my vehicle back with more issues than when I dropped it off. My hardwired radar detector used to turn on and off with my ignition, but after picking up the car, it now no longer does that and is only operable via the unit power button. Given that the car was in for a parking brake fault issue, I'm extremely confused as to why the radar detector wiring was even touched, but it's now a new expense I need to incur to have fixed since I can't get anyone from the dealership to respond to me. On top of that, the car requires a full paint correction as it was returned to me with hard water spots etched all over the car. It looks like one of their "detailers" tried to scrub those hard water spots out and in the process and scratched/micromarred the xxxx out of my paint in areas. Needless to say, I'm extremely unhappy that I now need a $1k+ paint correction and to spend even more to have the radar detector install that should have never been touched by your team corrected. I've responded to their service manager, Rudy Pacheo's post-service follow up text and email only to receive no response from the text, and to get a bounce back from the email saying it's not a good email address (which is comically laughable). I also followed up with my service advisor, Carter, via email several times over this and got absolutely no response, so this dealership could clearly care less after they have your money. I've owned several Porsches over my life and have had excellent service experiences from the majority of the Porsche dealerships I've worked with. Porsche Arlington is without a doubt the worst dealership I've ever worked with. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I certainly would never purchase a vehicle from, or take my car to this dealership for service again. CUSTOMER BEWARE! More

A month ago I realized that a pie RUN, do not walk away from Porsche of Arlington. My parents had my bumper replaced on my 2016 Cayenne S last May. A month ago I realized that a piece of my bumper (passenger side) had fallen off. I brought my car into a different dealership (because I have since moved to Dallas) who informed me that the bumper was not installed correctly and that the same piece on the driver side of the vehicle was also extremely loose and at risk of falling off as well. I reached out to the dealership multiple times and was told they would get right back to me. It took me one whole month and countless calls and emails for me to finally get a response.... the response basically saying "you have driven your car since we replaced the bumper so it is not our problem." This is after two other Porsche dealerships have advised me that the bumper was not installed correctly and this should 100% be covered by the warranty of their work. Now I am looking at spending $1,200 to fix a bumper that I spent $5,000 10 months ago to have replaced because of lousy work done by Porsche of Arlington. I have submitted a claim with Porsche of North America who was also unable to get the dealership to call them back. They are working at appealing at a higher level. NOT ACCEPTABLE to be treated this way by any company, let alone one that prides themselves on the highest level of customer service. More

Yesterday the low tire pressure light came on, and recently there had been a few instances where the vehicle did not run smoothly, which I relayed when I dropped the car off. Six hours later I received a call that the vehicle was ready and that nothing specific could be found. In fact, I was made to feel like it was all in my head. I thought, well, good news anyway, the car is fine. I got into the car (blistering hot on the inside and the vehicle must have sat in the sun for hours). I started the car - all the same warning lights came on immediately. I walked back in and said "So, everything checked out and all the warnings were reset?" Yes was the answer. I then asked why all the same warning were still on. Troy went over to the car, saw the warning lights and said "give me five minutes". I saw the vehicle go around the block. Troy came back and told me how temperamental the warning lights are if you don't drive the vehicle much (the vehicle has very low mileage). Seriously? I have no idea if ANY service was done on the vehicle, except that after the spin around the block someone must have put air in the tire. The car had not been washed, no care had been taken with mats, and I was left thinking - this is the simply worst service I have ever witnessed. More

I considered they were going through lots of stress and etc., but what I kindly asked was for my vehicle to be washed interior and exterior. I had a black Porsche and the porters I believe ruined my paint and wheels. I do not know exactly know what they applied to the wheels but the results came out to be that it doesn't "shine" as how it used to be and whatever cloth or microfiber they are using to whip the cars is horrible. I saw a lot of swirls all over the car and I was not too happy. There were two porters who washed my porsche and those two workers I believe were Billy and Ronald from hearing their names being called each time. I had clear view of my car being washed but i was just expecting to get a better service than a half' work they both did. Im sure other customer would be extremely mad if they went through my situation. More
Don't be fooled by Troy Thrift's last name I had the car towed in to replace the battery. In addition to the batter, there was a charge of $188 to determine if the battery was dead. I TOWED IT I had the car towed in to replace the battery. In addition to the batter, there was a charge of $188 to determine if the battery was dead. I TOWED IT IN BECAUSE IT WAS DEAD. Then Troy told me the annual service visit would ONLY cost $850 in a chirpy voice. I don't think ONLY and $850 belong in the same sentence. Then I found out the assorted repairs on my 2001 911 Carrera with 22,500 miles would total about $14,000. I took the car to Capital Hill Motors and paid $800 to get it in working order. So far, the car is running beautifully. If that changes....I will let you know. Years ago I had another very expensive repair that did not fix the problem, so my trust in their service team is gone. Sorry Guys! More
