No haggling, they offered a fair discount on the Cayenne I was purchasing and a fair quote for my trade in. I didn't have to sit around forever or endure any "tactics". As a result, the replacement clutch was covered under warranty, the scheduled service was performed and my car now once more drives as it did when new. Although all of this work took more time than anticipated, a suitable loaner was provided and the service associate kept me up to date on the progress. More

Jamie Wist and Alex Rodriguez were great. Alex went above and beyond checking torque setting on items not called for in the inspection just to be sure all was good. Dropped the car off, shuttled me to my office - all very smooth. Great job! Two weeks earlier had a small issue that turned out to be a loose wire. Took me in on a Saturday morning and Dave McDowell took care of the problem in about 10 minutes. Great guy to work with! Absolutely great service department, couldn't ask for better people - great, high quality support! More
