The service center was emptied of all inventory and personnel and was essentially a closed off area. The dealer is barely maintaining its Porsche status at all. The inspection took almost an hour and a personnel and was essentially a closed off area. The dealer is barely maintaining its Porsche status at all. The inspection took almost an hour and a half and finally once we asked why it was taking so long, we were informed the car was being washed which I did not ask for as I prefer to never run the car thru a wash and only do it by hand using special detail grade materials. The extra treatment was meant in good faith but for a special car such as the Porsche I own, I should have been informed or had the option of declining the unnecessary extra. More

I received a pre-purchase inspection on a 2007 Porsche Cayman I was purchasing from a nearby used car dealer. The cust service I received was beyond horrible.
