Horrible experience with this company! After speaking with them several times about an issue I had with my car I got my own diagnostic machine and told them what the issue was. The guy I spoke with told me how much the problem would be to fix it. ($250) so I agreed to have them fix it. After they got my car they called and told me the issue was exactly what I told them it was but told me it would be an extra $150 because they had to diagnose the issue. The $250 turned into $500! Thank god I told them to forget the oil change because that was an additional $80! They also mentioned my car tires and said they were going bad and my tires are pretty new! Hopefully nothing happens to them after going there! This was a terrible experience and I will never go to them again! UPDATE. The manager sent me an email like a survey asking if I was happy with the service I responded to that email and no response whatsoever then I see it says the owner responded to my google review.. Clearly that’s for show! After leaving a review the day I got my car back and responded to an email that same day then calling 5 times I received a call back from Paul at the dealership who offered me points to come back to the place I truly feel robbed me so I declined and ask for what was rightfully mine he said because it was so long ago (2 weeks) the file was closed but he would call me back which he never did. Again I called left reviews and responded to their email THE SAME DAY! Over a month and 3 weeks now still nothing! More

I bought a 2023 that has been in the service department 3 times for the same issue with the brakes squeaking. Twice they were to have a loaner car per conversations with Dustin and twice. When I got there, he tried to act as if we never had a conversation about having a loaner car for me after I waited 11 days after attempting to have the vehicle looked at twice in that time. I emailed the GM Dan, and he didn’t even respond. This place is the worst place you can go to. Dan Hoppenjan is the GM. Doesn't respond to emails about concerns and does nothing to help if you have an issue. THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO FOR SEVICE is Porcaro Mitsubishi. More
My husband dropped off his F150 at this dealership to be serviced for power steering. Upon the completion and return of his vehicle he noticed a hubcap was missing. When questioned the service department “reviewed” the tape of a time stamped frame instead the actual footage of him driving onto the lot. We were told that the center cap was missing although the service director never answered the question about the footage of him actually driving onto the lot. Apparently great customer service has definitely gone out the window with covid because when I informed the director that I would be leaving an honest review she became super defensive and irate. As a small business owner I am appalled at the unprofessional behavior of admin. The customer must not be right…after payment. We definitely won’t be returning for any services for either of our vehicles; and I sincerely hope they handle their future clients with much more care than my husband was afforded. I’d just like to add…my husband car is an older vehicle…but it is the newest vehicle he has ever purchased. He even bought a $5,000 extended warranty because he values that truck that much. Immediately after he was nonchalantly dismissed he went straight to the junk yard to replace the hubcap that had so little value to Porcaro but meant so much to him. Shame on you all for judging someone based on your subjective estimations of worth. We know the car is old. But I guarantee he will have it for years to come. More

No Start '01 Windstar Had an '01 Ford Windstar towed to the dealer. After having it nearly two weeks they were unable to determine anything outside of a blown fuse. Was t Had an '01 Ford Windstar towed to the dealer. After having it nearly two weeks they were unable to determine anything outside of a blown fuse. Was told it was fuse #105. There is not a fuse numbered 105. The service rep stated the tech said the fuse blew trying to turn the engine over. The next step was to pull the heads off because it might be locked up with fluid. Never thought to pull a spark plug out and turn the engine by hand using a breaker bar? We ended up paying $120, winched the vehicle onto a borrowed trailer and took it home. Sadly no diagnostic ability displayed at all. I realize an '01 Windatar is not a F150 but componentry cannot not be that much different from a Taurus, Escape, Focus, Fusion or Edge. More
