When I arrived at the dealership, the Mustang was detailed and sitting in front of the dealership ready to test drive. Chris was super helpful and laid back. I found the Mustang to be in better condition with lower mileage and price than the other Mustangs I had looked at. I found it impressive that Porcaro Ford provided a free CARFAX report and even though this Mustang had only 10K miles, they had replaced the battery, filters, wiper blades, and changed the oil. In an hour, the paperwork was complete, and I gave Porcaro a deposit. In working with Mary Kay, the Finance Manager, I greatly appreciated that she made me aware, but did not push, gap insurance, extended warranties, and other add-ons. When I brought the Mustang home, I noticed a seatbelt holder cover was missing. When I called Chris and told him about this, he said, “no problem”, ordered the part, and mailed it to me.
