I don't recommend taking your vehicle for any type of repair. They've had one of our ambulance since February and nothing but excuses as to why it's not being repaired. We need this ambulance to better s repair. They've had one of our ambulance since February and nothing but excuses as to why it's not being repaired. We need this ambulance to better serve our community and they know that. What kind of company does that? Since they're an approved vendor for our company we are stuck in a position that we can't control. It's pretty ridiculous. Take your vehicles to a better more dependable company. I'm only putting one star because it's the only way to post this. They're not worthy of it though. More

In October 2022 I bought a 20/20 Corolla. I talked to the salesman over the phone he said it was perfect that it was still a brand new car. It had 11,000 miles so I thought I was getting a st I talked to the salesman over the phone he said it was perfect that it was still a brand new car. It had 11,000 miles so I thought I was getting a steal. They have the car delivered to my residence. When it arrives the bumper is popped out on the driver side. I took a picture and sent it to the salesman. He said it must have popped out along the way. I turn it on and the light doesn't work properly. I have been trying for a month and a half to get these issues fixed and I can't get anybody to answer the phone. Nobody will return my phone call and I don't think I will do business here again because they do not take care of the customers that they have. It was a certified used car. I was under the impression that I would not have to be dealing with these issues if I bought a certified used car. More
Jay Prado is the worstttt salesman. He will lie to you about many things to get you to buy the car. Managers don’t return your calls. Very frustrating, take your money elsewhere. Horrendous service department that is unable to source and repair issues. 10 week repair time took up remainder of my Certified warranty. If you are buying a vehicle, sales is great. Just do not depend on the repair department. You will have a LONG wait. They will not update you on repairs. Told me it was repaired and when I left service center, I didn't even make it to the turnaround on the access road (maybe a half mile?). Truck was doing same thing, same problem. I barely got it back to their shop. They make you sign you agree vehicle is fixed and pay repairs before bringing vehicle around to you. You expect it to be fixed. This is a big disappointment of a Ford certified service center. More
So i take my truck to Pollard Ford to get a alignment and within 50 miles of leaving my tire falls off so i go up to the service advisor Woody and first words out of is mouth was we didn't do that before spe within 50 miles of leaving my tire falls off so i go up to the service advisor Woody and first words out of is mouth was we didn't do that before speaking to anyone so i knew how this was going down right away so after some words back and forth he has the nerve to tell me to quit complaining ok at that point i kinda lost my sh## left pissed off as you could imagine then get a call from Woody to say sorry and i said the same he said wait till the manager comes back he is out with the covid he will make things right i said ok when will he be back next Monday ok i can wait a week and i waited and waited call woody up said is he going to call woody said yes he is just catching up on stuff i said ok so i finally get the call and in true fashion right away we didnt do that that must have been that way i said ok then if the wheel was lose then how could the tech get the alignment done i stated that i didnt even get the read out he said he woyld call me back abd he did and then said it did align so i must have lossen my own tire so the moale of this very long story is DO NOT SEND ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS TO polard ford FOR ANY REASON they must make enough money to be able to crap on a 20+ yr customer and someone that worked for them for almost 10yrs so sad 😥 More
Too vehicle there Monday. Understand that people and parts are hard to come by. Just trying to find out status Wednesday afternoon. No one would help. Could not find vehicle. Said that I needed to wait until he came back in. 7 phone calls. No return calls. Finally went up there and found my truck myself and took it, not repaired. This is the second time that I have tried this place. Last Time they put regular oil in when it required synthetic. Charged me for synthetic but put in cheap oil. I will never go back there and I would not trust this place if it was the last place in town. Beware More
