In the five years we had the car we returned to Pohanka for every service and were just as pleased. The Service Managers are all outstanding and go out of the way to ensure that the experience is top notch. In 2009 we "downsized" and made a huge mistake in the purchase of a Volvo XC90. The car was nothing but trouble and the Volvo dealer to which we took the car was completely unsatisfactory. Last Sunday we returned to Pohanka and purchased a 2011 Traverse and found all the reasons we liked Pohanka before to be intact, if not better. The experience was completely satisfying from the test drive, to the discussion on different models to the assistance with financing. We in and out in a timely manner.
